One shape / symbol that keeps coming up for me in my paintings is the bridge. The bridge as a symbol of new growth, the unknown, and transformation. Bridges from my old self to new versions of myself as mother, artist, business owner, wife, performer, sister, and friend.
It is crazy that I am already over halfway through my pregnancy. I feel like I am slow motion & fast forward moving through and across so many blue bridges.
